Ugh no.
The league has clearly told the refs to call nothing. "Playoff hockey" This leads to holding, hooking, and other obstruction going uncalled. Which makes for boring hockey.
They call they high stick but they refuse to call all the obstruction and that is what slows the game down.

What am I wrong about? Perry ran over the goalie and the goalie gave him a few shots. You being on the Habs bandwagon has you only complaining about the shots to Perry of all guys.

Playoff officiating was like that long before Gary Bettman ever showed up. The league hasn't told the referees anything new, and it's quite clear that the Board of Governors doesn't want that to happen.

Basically high sticking and delay of game are the only penalties called in the playoffs.
And offsetting minors for roughing.

Habs showing great fight, but man, Lightning are clearly the best team out there. Might have to do with the blown salary cap, but they're still far and away the better team.
