Please tell me what the solution is?

Or at least the other factors before you think we should start looking at Giordano?

If you want leadership on the ice, I have a hard time finding anyone better in the league than Gio. If you want a rah-rah guy, that style died out a long time ago. Players are accountable to themselves and their contributions to the team now. Their contracts depend on it. Turnover in the league is far more common than it used to be. They don't need anyone in the dressing room telling them to work harder because about 10 players are gunning for their jobs.

This is the new reality in the NHL. Lead on the ice, by example. Everything else is secondary.

All i know is this team has come out flat for years and years.

All i am suggesting is that leadership is a fair thing to at least question given that it's been the one constant for some time now.

Seriously, it's not Giordano's fault that his teammates play like sucks sometimes.

Horseshoe? He's one of the better goalies in the NHL. I know recent years has Flames fans feeling like great saves are pure cosmic luck, but they really aren't.

Really have no issue with the flames play. Take away the first 3 minutes and we have outplayed them in nearly every aspect. Its almost impossible to outplay a team for 60 minutes and we were unfortunate to have 2 go in during the 3 minute breakdown.

Play better hockey? Put a better team on the ice? The answer isn't as elusive as you think it is.

Night and day difference between this team and GG team when he first came in. Despite the 500 record, I have enjoyed watching this team and don't have concerns that it is being mismanaged and when things are slow as it was for a period in the St Louis game, all game in game 1 and 3 minutes tonight, it falls on the players unlike previous years.

It is mid game 5. The team is 2-2. Adjusting to a new coach.

Colorado goals both were quickly pouncing on bounces that were not repeatable.

Please let the game finish and maybe the next 5 games too
