I don't think Versteeg is cutting the mustard with Gaudreau/Monahan, that needs to be looked at and adjusted in my opinion. Maybe Chiasson is how you fix it, maybe it's another player, but I think it's time to try something else there. Versteeg doesn't look like he skates well enough.

Frolik should be on the first line to help defensively and he also can skate and make smart plays.
Versteeg seems to always want the puck amd skate into the zone with it and we all know that's Gaudreau's job.
