More awesome pitching by the Indians. Hanging slider down the heart of the plate for an out - just like they planned it.

They can't run, they can't hit for average, they can't go to the opposite field. Homer or die. They simply can't right the ship quickly enough and that gets amplified when you are facing teams with good Pitching. Good pitchers have a field day against rhe Jays because they have to worry about nothing other than the guy at the plate.
They can't hit mistakes. Look at that last at bat to Jose - he got an high fastball left in the zone and a hanging breaking ball that should be gone. Then Edwin gets a cutter in the middle of the plate.

Seriously, if you have PVR go back and watch where those pitches are. If Stroman left those over the plate this game would be a rout.

It's baffling. He's in total swing mode, gets a meatball and grounds out meekly.

And just like I said, Stroman leaves a brutal pitch up and it's destroyed. Jays can barely make contact with that type of mistake. It's a disgrace.
