Is it just me or is the commentary a second or so ahead of the video?

Who are these patient Blue Jays protecting the plate, fouling off balls and taking walks?

Dont jinx it man!

Nice to see the patience at the plate.

Kimbrels stance when looking in for a sign irks me for some reason, just stand up man.

Hopefully these last two games are a sign of things to come for our batters.

Last year their patience and ability to draw walks and stretch out at-bats was what made the offense so dangerous.

Think with all the talk of our pitching potentially being the weak spot early on that the bats were trying to do too much in each at bat (hence the strike outs). With the pitching inspiring confidence hopefully they can get back to their patient ways.

Huge inning for the game (obviously), but I think that could be a huge inning for the team as a whole going forward. Top guys showed that even against Kimbrel, you can have a good approach at the plate and avoid chasing bad pitches.

Toronto basically let the Sox get themselves into trouble that inning: Error, walk, passed ball, groundout RBI, HBP, walk, RBI walk, K, walk, 2 RBI single, K. Not really anything amazing there (only ONE hit), but they scored four runs by good plate appearances.

NICE! A little hairy but whatever. Taking 2 of 4 in Fenway is a good result. The Red-Sox are always such a tough out.

Nice work by Happ, some decent at bats for Tulo. Happy with a split in Beantown

Hopefully they continue to get starting pitching like this as the bats start to improve.
