This isn't some ridiculously high volume image hosting site. It's mostly just web data, with everything else being linked to external sources. No reason for it to be caking like this. It's not 2005 where hosting costs are you know, actually substantial.

Yes it is absolutely OK. It's a free site. You didn't pay money for a product that you aren't receiving. If you don't like it, go make your own site and dump all the ad money you want into hosting.
