Fully agree. The timing of the announcement was poor and I agree, I think it did have an effect on the team.
This isn't how the Heat play. At all.

It would be an unabridged disaster to end such a great season tonight with the culmination of a sweep. I hope someone in that room is able to rile everyone up and they redouble their efforts in the third.
If they can pull it out tonight and come back to win this series, I'll book a flight to catch a game in the next round to drunkenly cheer them on... If I'd known the attendance would be so abysmal in games 1 and 2 I might have already...
