Barcelona's transfer ban suspended.
Ver Steegen is surely going now.

Well, not too surprised. Bayern will need to be better in Munich but there are certainly worse deficits

Yeah, this team is looking a lot like Barca, lots of possession but not doing anything with it and absolutely no plan 'B.'

If possession doesnt work, possess more!

We've seen what they look like, when they're behind, and have to shelve the tika taka B.S

Robben will probably dive himself into a PK too.

I hate this spanish Tika Taka style.

That Munich team has the speed and wing ability to play such a beautiful, quick, and direct style (we see it when they need goals) but instead they play all game trying to possess you to death.

I have to say, despite not being the result I wanted, that was a hell of a game to watch.

This should have been the final.

its a bad matchup for Bayern

Madrid have played against Pep's style more than anyone else and are the best counter attacking team in the world

I think if Bale was fit and he and Ronaldo played together it would have been at least 2 goals for RM

that being said, the only reason it wasn't boring is because Madrid have two world class midfielders in Alonso and Modric who could start the counter quickly with unreal passes, against a lesser side Bayern would have just kept the ball the entire time between the half way line and the top of the box

Don't understand why Mueller was losing his #### at the end of the game there. Was a clear non-penalty. Di Maria was hot garbage all night. Game is likely 3-0 if Bale was fit from the start.

Modric was MotM, IMO.

And still not have scored, but they would have had 85% possession.

I thought it was a penalty at first too, but then on the replay it was clear as day, I dont think there was even any contact. That was a weird play.

Not only that, but he was always going to go down, regardless of contact. Not to many human beings can twist their bodies in the air like that and land on their feet. I didn't mind hm barking for it during the match, but his whole petulant demonstration after the game towards Webb was ridiculous. Bayern make it very easy to dislike them.

This is going to be a hell of a game. If Pep doesnt screw around with team selections and just fields the obvious 11 then we're in for a treat. Bayern have to attack and Real will counter.

This could be a blowout or a shootout but it promises to be entertaining.

Finally playing Lahm where he should be playing Lahm, but FFS start playing Martinez as your DM!!

I was hoping Thiago would be healthy enough to get back in the line-up as DM. Bayern has not been the same team with him injured. But Martinez should definitely be playing
