Gaustad did not limit the market to four teams, hence an unconditional pick. Tough to win a trade when both hands are tied behind your back.

Well, as already pointed out, if it's a conditional pick based on re-signing, it would have to be a 2014 pick, because he could re-sign after the draft. So there is certainly a "chance".
