Got into an argument with my buddy or at least agreed with him so he would shut up.He is saying that the graphics in GTA 4 and five are the same.
it's definitely similar. Graphics in 5 looks a bit better to me, although it's not a huge jump. But clearly, water and facial expressions look way better in 5 for example. The whole games just looks a bit better in my opinion. Can't really compare it in terms of landscape, since 4 had no mountains, desert etc.
V's definitely better. The lighting is night and day different. The foreground (cars, people) is similar, but the buildings/sky/greenery in IV is significantly worse.
Getting away with the f35 is very difficult. Damn tanks and missles always cripple it so I crash a minute later
It probably took me 20 tries to actually get away with the fighter jet today. I tried driving in a bunch of times, but I think the time I got it was when I stole a plane from the international airport, flew over the base and jumped/parachuted in near the hangars, jacked a tank, did a couple laps of the base blowing stuff up, then finally made it into the hangar with a bit of time to jump into the jet and take off.
You don't need much room/runway to take off...floor it and pull back and you're off the ground in no time.
I invested heavily in HAL for all 3 characters a few days ago and the stock has gone up on the BAWSAQ 87%. I don't know how this is effected by others though, the online community isn't open yet

There are people doing "pump and dumps" on HAL and PIS at the moment. I would sell before tomorrow.
New fun thing. Kill someone, plant a sticky bomb on them, call 911 or wait for paramedics to show up, then blow up the bomb when the medics check on dead guy.

just wondering what people did as their choices at the end of the game:
Spoiler!
went with C, and I'm also interested to see how the story unfolds. Part of me thinks that even if I had selected a) kill Mike b) kill Trevor, the story would have still ended up in a similar spot so the DLC/Story lines can continue. But who knows...
So I'm going to sound old here. But I'm having real problems shooting from the car. In the mission where you go to get Michael's boat back I drive well enough to get what's his face onto the boat. But is there an auto-aiming feature on driveby shootings like there is on normal standup shooting. Because that right stick aim while driving and dodging traffic is painful.
I did go on a great rage rampage. Nothing better then hitting a sniper on a helicopter and watching him scream to his death while the Helicopter crashes and explodes on a city street setting off a chain reaction of 20 cars blowing up like pretty fireworks sending bodies in all directions.

For me that was actually one of the harder missions so far as I thought I was hitting the guy on top of the boat but Franklin kept dying. It would have been nice to have the aiming assisted when driving as it's pretty difficult.

I got pretty annoyed with that one, took me quite a few tries. In the end I think I just fluked out an shot the guy after I just kept shooting and shooting. I'm only about 20% done, but that was the hardest mission for me so far.
I just spent an hour or so last night driving the cab and making some cash. Pretty easy way to make a couple bucks.
They are the same. Already beat the game and traded it in. Get's boring quick
If it's just about getting the missions done and finishing the game then I guess it would be a little boring. But this game is about so much more than that. I don't even care about the missions right now, I love just trying different things and exploring. You could literally spend months or even longer just walking or driving around and finding new things. Getting bored quickly would probably be the last thing I would say to describe this game.
