Southgate should never play a different midfield than Rice-Mainoo-Bellingham again. Perfect balance.
Watch him #### it up by playing Jordan freaking Henderson or something

I mean two losses this international break without Henderson means he is even more nailed on to start all Euro's than he was before. Ultimately England fans need to root for pain this summer, backdooring a SF so Southgate stays means two more years down the drain. Take the pain now and move on.

Nice to see some fresh faces. Wharton was playing a lot better than Mainoo down the stretch in that role and bested him pretty easily when the two clubs met, but still a bit surprised to see him in the squad so young

Who was that guy that wasn't good enough for United so they went and bought Onana? What about him?
Dean Henderson?

Maddison, Grealish, Jones and Branthwaite have all been cut from the England squad. Maguire also misses out through injury.
two more cuts needed I believe. I probably would have cut Dunk instead of Branthwaite, but overall, I can't argue too much here. I despise Southgate, but so far so good.

I must be the only one that thinks Poch is was, way over-rated.
Hence him being shuffled all over Europe unable to hold a job for the past few years.
