Is there only one pbp camera for this game that can’t zoom in?

Is anyone else noticing the audio mix is all over the place? It sounds like my surround speakers are cutting in and out every five seconds.

Look decent and dynamic. Concacaf officiating it seemed. Columbia had some chances late but Canada could’ve had a PKnin first half and inches offside in second half.
Good effort while missing a few guys.
Aus loss wasn’t good but this trends better. Canada has to peak at the right time and get some finish, as thy can hang with most top teams as the last 3 years has now shown.
Oh and Millar sorted out his hair I noticed.

I watched the game on mute (baby) and I can't see how David's goal is offside? What was the explanation?

Shaffelburg's heel was behind the last defender when the headed ball was passed to him. It was frigging close, but I think they got it right. Lame.
If they can pull of a performance like that in the WC and take a point off the world's number 13 team (or push it to extra time in an elimination game), I'll be pretty damn pleased.
I was actually in disbelief watching us whip the ball around for periods against a team like that. Ten years ago we'd win the ball back every 10 minutes, hoof it down the field and hope, then get ready to hang on and try absorb the next attack.

Thought Canada looked a little scrambly at times but overall a good performance. Outside of the disallowed goal I thought David was poor, but I guess if he gets one chance and finishes that's all we can ask for. Buchanan and Kone were outstanding as well.
Really excited to see De Fougerolles step up at CB. Still 3rd in the pecking order but I don't think he'll be 3rd for long.

Dayne St Clair named MLS goalkeeper of the year. I really think it is his net to lose. He had the better window in October and Crepeau couldn't get much action behind Pantemis

Crepeau will move and will need an all-star start to next season if he wants to start at the World Cup.

Yep. If he keeps up his form, it's his net.
I like him as the starter.

There's been rumours Crepeau is going to Toronto as they declined Sean Johnson's option. Don't know how well that move would go for him but he'd definitely be the starter
IMO he should have tried Europe when it was clear he wasn't going to stay in LA. Portland has been a disaster for him.

It sounds like former Arsenal youth team player Marcelo Flores is about to switch from Mexico to Canada. He was born in Ontario and plays in the Mexican league.

Herdman tried really hard to recruit him a few years ago when he was the next big thing. His career stalled and Mexico look like they’re done with him now so viola, he’s back to being Canadian.

Is this a good thing? Sounds like we're trying to salvage damaged goods?
Its not like Mexico is the Traditional North American Powerhouse anymore.

Pass on Flores. Only interested because he's not good enough to make Mexico.

For a friendly, practicing playing an entire match with 10 men is not a bad thing.

I don’t think fitness or 10 man tactics for 84+ minute are what is needed at this point with a handful of games before the biggest games in this county’s history.
Gelling as a team, getting used to 11 man tactics and repetition of Marsh’s system, especially with the starters Canada has out, is more important than seeing how they’ll adapt to being down 1 man.

We battled well against a pretty good team. Having 11 could have made the difference. Really great game from Laryea, I think he should start every game at LB for us.
Terrible decision by Ahmed, no idea what he was thinking there, it looked like he even took a glance to see where the defender was and then still goes studs up.

Sure but if this had happened in the World Cup, gotta know how to survive as well.
