Oh I don't need more evidence. But I also think that the U.S we used to know would've went ballistic (probably literally)
Once they knew Russia had their entire arm up the gusset of a sitting president. Which leads to the question, why is everybody so complacent or neutered to commit to action on the situation. No way in hell any sane person would want Russia to have influence over the largest nuclear arsenal on the planet, and their own 2nd largest nuclear arsenal.
It doesn't add up. So what the hell is really going on. I cannot fathom that it's apathy.

If it's an actual treaty that goes through the Senate approval process (vs an executive agreement) does that make it more legal in the US?
I.e. if Trump turned around and ignored a treaty would there be legal avenues since it's a treaty vs an executive agreement which is just some decision within the scope of presidential powers.
Ignoring the whole "will Trump just ignore the courts" side of things...

How crazy is it that the US broke up the Soviet Union, only for Russia to now slowly get it's revenge by breaking up the United States. Trump is definitely a Russian asset. None of his actions at this point speak otherwise.

Elizabeth May is suggesting the three west coast states of California, Oregon, and Washington would be better off becoming part of Canada. She said they would benefit from universal healthcare and stricter gun laws if they chose to secede.
Is this even possible? I think the last time states tried this they had a civil war.

Afaik SCOTUS ruled that a state can't secede.

A vote shouldn't be needed. It's mostly an intelligence sharing alliance between the west, though there are other joint initiatives they do beyond information sharing. The US simply would stop sharing with the group, which is a big loss for the group as they gather the most by far of the five countries.

California would be better off doing their own thing

That's fair, so as not a real country we shouldn't really be selling his products here, or have deals with his companies. No worries.

It’s become clear that geopolitical lines are being redrawn and based on that Canada needs to (####ing ASAP) establish friendly (and economic) relations with China, Japan, India, Europe, etc. the USA needs to be isolated immediately. I think China and India are key to survival and I think we need diplomatic relations ramped massively with those two countries.
Also wtf is Britain doing? Hello? Wakey wakey…
