fan960boomer Darnell Nurse has generated a lot of buzz here, not that he needed to. Very raw, but has the attitude and build you love in a player.

Those players are not in any way alike. Horrible comparison.
Some scouts think Nurse could be that big, strong, mean, skilled top two defenceman that most teams lack.
I wouldn't have a problem with the Flames taking Nurse if they like him that much.

"It was easier this year trying get through the pre programmed player interviews and getting to the root of them. Some werent very good and some went better than expected"

Darren Haynes on the Fan960. Monahan is not an easy sell. The shadow of doubt for this young man is growing. I'd still be happy with him but theres more than one person expressing doubt about him.
