Honestly I'm just glad that this season has been so good that the conversation has primarily been about plot lines, character choices and the resulting moral implications rather than zombie physics lol.

Very true.
And at least they're not stuck on that God-Forsaken farm anymore!

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.

The one thing that bugged me is they never went back to the prison to scavenge all of their belongings after the attack. You would think they could dispatch the walkers pretty easily to retrieve weapons/food/supplies.

I still cringe when they fire off guns in very tight quarters with no concern, especially Rick's handcannon. After he shot that last Negan dude everyone around him should have been deaf
I think at this point the writers are trying to make people think Rick's group is just as bad as Negan's group. Rick's group are still the "heroes" of this story, so they will find a way for them to be better to some degree.
I feel like Carol's going through a bit of crisis of conscience and that it might not work out so well for her by the end of this season.
I more get the impression that Carol's crisis of conscience was brought on a maternal feeling of responsibility to protect Maggie.
She feels that Maggie, soon to be a mother, has to change, she cant keep doing this and Maggie really confirmed that at the end of the episode.
If anything I think Carol is going to become even more willing to delve her hands into the filth in order to keep Maggie's clean. Carol has shown a willingness and ability second only to Rick's to do what she feels has to be done.
But I dont think she has Rick's sense of level moral character. Her I can see slipping too far. Again.
Carol is going to end some fools with extreme prejudice. Hopefully starting with Morgan.
