UFA crop for 3B after him is weak this year. He's gonna get paid and the Jays will get a comp pick. Merrifield will be gone as well I strongly doubt we pick up the option so the Jays infield will look pretty different next year.

You’re probably right that the Astros might be the team that is our best chance to pass. If we can show up against the Orioles and Guardians, I think we more or less control our own fate heading into the soft part of the schedule.
It would be fantastic to win the series against the Orioles but it does seem hard to fathom that possibility.

The A’s are doing their usual #### against the Orioles. Gunnar Henderson could have had a cycle if he decided not to stretch a base hit into a double. I love that. Individual stats are for basketball.

He's an easy guy to root for and a fun guy to watch when he's on.
Certainly I did not have Kikuchi and Ryu both being meaningful parts of the rotation and Monoah not, on my bingo card.
