I don't think everyone knows that it has been moved. I didn't which is why i found it hard to find.

The first pick in the movie draft was on July 28 and is near the end of the final round. It will be over in just under 4 months (28 teams, 20 rounds - so 560 total picks).
This draft has 6 fewer teams, 120 fewer picks, so it should go a little faster.

That puts things in perspective for now. Maybe i was harsh with my comments then.

I just love this show. It features some very talented Chefs going head to head in weekly challenges with some very interesting themes. This is a show that truly highlights culinary creativity, judged by a panel of professional chefs and other notables from the food and wine industry.
Here's some more perspective. We've had 114 picks so far in the TV draft in 21 days (Fri Oct 31 through Fri Nov 21.)
For the movie draft, pick #114 happened on 08-19-2008, which is 23 days after the start. Close, but it feels like the TV draft has gone noticeably faster.

When you put it that way it does make it look as if we are moving faster.
