If Baltimore gets 15 points here, Goff might feel vindicated. Although the Lions defence did impress tonight.

If he would have housed that the Lions definitely would have lost.

Looks like the demise of the Lions was a little premature. The last two games they have looked like arguably the best team in the NFL.

What's the rationale in going for 2 there?

At this point isn't the best play for the onside kick to just blast it at someone, low and hard, and hope for a good bounce?

Ravens, possibly the best team in the NFL, are 1-2

They scapegoated Slowik for Stroud's sophomore slump and now the offense is even worse. Maybe Stroud's rookie season was his peak as once NFL defensive coordinators accumulate enough film, things become more difficult for young QB's. It wasn't long ago Ryans and Caserio were the talk of the league but things can change fast in the NFL.

Best team in the NFL doesn't let a team come in to their stadium and put up over 400 yards offense and almost 40 points.

The idea is that down 14 you need two touchdowns to tie the game. If you get the 2 on the first one, you can win the game with a convert. If you miss the first one, you still have a chance to tie the game. Going for 2 twice does provide a theoretical point advantage as kicks are like 90% these days and the two point used to be like 47.

I should have known the NFL scriptwriters were doing some things when they didn't schedule Ravens-Chiefs in primetime.

The Texans offense is anemic, only four trips to the red zone all season. They have scored 3 touchdowns. One was on busted coverage and another one when TB let them score.

Lots of blame to go around. An awful offensive line, a first year play caller who is trying to run the NE offense without Brady and Stroud has made no progress since his rookie year at all.

The Dolphins were a darling team that now look to be getting their coach fired. Texans may be on their way to same fate

My Lions played a hell of a game. Nice to see our rookie O linemen picking it up pretty quickly. Ravens being 1-2 has a lot to do with schedule, but we deserved that win. Kelvin Shephard is one hell of a d coordinator, that score was flattering for Baltimore.

Giants bench Wilson and roll with Dart.

I will never understand how in the world they decided to give Schoen and Daboll another season, but things are going as expected.

Their jobs now lie in the hands of Dart. Giants were never going to make the playoffs with this roster but Dart needs to show promise and play good enough to keep the Giants competitive and winning a few games here and there. Not sure if that will be enough to save the their jobs but this is the Giants we are talking about.

Texans release CJ Gardner-Johnson. Dude is so talented, but wears out his welcome quickly everywhere he goes it seems.

Wonder if Eagles pick him up for a 3rd go..

Highly unlikely. He talked a lot of trash on his way out of town and that ship has sailed. Ed Reed Blankenship and the rookie are fine

Cowboys need all the defensive help they can get, seems a likely outcome.

heading to his 6th team at only 27. Talented player, but obviously not an easy guy to manage.
