So wait a minute, does this mean Denis is now the third member of the "New Big 3"? Is that how this is supposed to work?

Well played CHL - I had forgotten about that quote from the Fraud running his mouth prior to this tourney.

As much as it’s been a pleasure to watch three of the greatest tennis players ever play for the last 15 years…it will be nice to have more balance in tennis

It made for some of the greatest matches ever but was also Kind of boring when you knew what 3/4 of the semi finals would be before a Grand Slam started, and it would be a miracle if somebody else made the finals.

Nadal didn't look very good against Manarino that first set. If Manarino didn't break down physically in the match it probably would have gone 5 sets. I think Shapo has a real chance against Nadal. Cheering for whoever wins that match to take the title.

First question for Zverev post-match was:
Reporter: What went wrong in your game today?
Zverev: Everything.

... I was just begging for someone to ask him why he's so pissy.

The most important requirement for being in the NB3 is never having beat a top 10 player at a slam. Sadly this disqualifies Shapo.

The 2019 US Open match between Monfils and Berrettini was a classic as well.

Can Cressy serve and volley his way past Medvedev? It's going to be tough, but it should be entertaining.

Court 2 is named after that Chinese booze brand. They would take down Margaret Court’s name before risking even a minor hit to their cash flow. If that wasn’t clear by the attempted smuggling of Novax into the country…

Okay, my upset pick tonight is Fritz over Tsitsipas. This is the best I've seen Fritz play and Greek Yogurt looks vulnerable.
