Kelly Hrudy is verifiable idiot.
What he just said was insanely stupid.
He basically just encouraged players to take low percentage shots because NHL players are more accurate with shooting now.
He misses the point and has no idea what advanced stats even are.
It isn’t the location or accuracy of the shooter than defines a high danger chance it’s the shot sequence (sequences of passing before the shot) that force the goalie to move.
What a boner.

My 11 year old daughter consistently calls him Captain Crossover without me teaching her or any prodding. Good girl.
And both my girls are openly criticizing Cassie tonight and they normally idolize her.
