PHH takes the opening set in a tie-breaker (7-2 was the tie-breaker score). Just way too many unforced errors from Felix coupled with the fact that he's not getting enough returns back in play.

PHH breaks Felix late in set 2 and slams the door shut with a second serve ace to take the match 7-6 7-5. Felix played better in set 2, but PHH won the majority of the big points.

I think it was a great event and adds a ton of excitement that was non-existent in January otherwise.
The ATP just needs to have the Davis cup finals earlier in the year now instead of dragging it on until all the players are wiped out and injured.

Well, Teichmann takes the first set in a tie-breaker, but after losing the first 10 points of the match, Leylah settled in nicely. She's right in this match after it looked early that she was going to be overwhelmed.

Good thing Hawkeye is at this tourney, that was a homer line call that Leylah challenged and her shot was well in. Earns a break as well.
