Solid base running nets a run - seems like this team is much better at the fundamentals and they are getting us runs here and there.

Sigh... he has a .600 BABIP. The best bat control player of our generation (Ichiro) had a .399 in his best year. He's just getting lucky. Which is nice but impossible to last. Maybe he can hit enough to give him some trade value thou (I want Danny Jansen up)...

Really though the Jays should option/designate Gift, great name and it's neat that he's from Africa but he's not an MLB calibre player..
