Well we win so I'll take it. Sanchez looked good.

Sanchez looked really good. Love seeing every Jay get a hit today too! Hopefully that's a sign of things to come.

Sanchez has no hit type of stuff. Once his secondary pitches get a little better as the season goes on it would not surprise me at all to see him throw a no hitter.

Well, everyone got at least one hit yesterday so that's a positive that the Jays can hopefully build on. Only getting 5 runs on 14 hits is somewhat concerning, but baseball is weird and one game is not a season.

Getting the win here today and splitting the series would be huge mentally I think. Especially because they are heading to Baltimore for the next 3 games. I like Saunders in the lead-off spot - he had some good at-bats despite his line yesterday. I think Gibby will keep the line-up as is.

Whoa - game is at 11am EST? Thought it was 11am MDT! Guess it's time to throw on the headphones.

And Saunders continues at lead-off with a decent at-bat seeing a good number of pitches before flying out to the warning track.

Jays having a bit of bad luck this game. Lots of guys are hitting the ball hard, just not into open spots.

Time for the hitting to come along, they should be winning the majority of these games. Outside of the bullpen debacle in the first two series, the starting pitching is spot on and performing above expectations.

Happ is dealing right now. Only given up 1 run on back-to-back doubles early on, but other than that he is lights out. Hope the bats can give him a few runs because he doesn't not deserve an L or ND with this performance so far.

It's sad that our starting pitching is doing so well and can't catch a break..

Nice AB from Jose. Gotta say Smoak had a good one earlier drawing the walk.

If they only sign one out of Jose and EE, I think it has to be Jose. He never seems to give away at-bats in big situations. Seems to get the big hit often, and if they don't give him stuff to hit, he will take the walk. What a great hitter.

Back-to-back walks bring in the second run. Could this be the Jays batters turning the corner? They lead the majors in Ks right now - more patience is a requirement.

Not watching, but my friend just texted me a profanity laced tirade about Gibby pinch hitting Smoak. I would have likely sent him the same thing had I been watched, but had a good laugh when I saw he walked and scored.
