The game will probably be blacked out in Canada and substituted with alternate programming. This has happened in past years and with Olympic coverage as well.

There has been a change as getbak mentioned in regards to Cuthbert calling the entire Flames-Canucks series. Cuthbert (and presumably Hedican) will be calling games in all five canadian cities in the first round.

I wonder if you'll be able to get the alternate broadcast via Gamecenter though? Probably not, I guess.

Sorry if this has already been answered, couldn't find it in the last 5 pages, does anyone know when the ticket code draw is?

Unlikely as it is competing with scalpers probably registering 500 email addresses.... buying tickets on the secondary market doesn't look likely.

LOL.....if the Canucks can get the Sedins matched up against that group, this series will be over in a hurry.

Not surprised. Vancouver is such a weird city when it comes to that stuff. They couldn't even sell out their "outdoor" game. Most fair weather fans in the NHL.

Was I a dummy for choosing Bennett as my last pick in my playoff pool? I feel like we may see him this series.

I just love how the flames are acting like they are the underdogs yet every media outlet chooses them to win!

It's quite comical when all teams do that... I bet the Canucks do it tomorrow as well lol

Seems like its as close as you can get to 50/50 across the board.

NHL.com staffers split the vote 5-5. TSN gave a narrow edge to the Flames, though Ferraro was in favour of the Canucks.

Proteau of THN has the Canucks.

Calgary has the second worst vegas odds to win the cup at 20/1, only the Jets have worse odds. Canucks are 16/1.

Vegas sees the Flames as the underdog.

odds aren't entirely based on who they expect to win it also changes depending on how many people are throwing money down on a certain team

Whelp, I can say that me and my family have spent a boatload of money to go to games. Organizing group buys(way back when they offered them) and 11 game packs. Now I got a mortage, kids and other obligations. My mother is retired and not exactly swimming in money, but what we can do is stay in, watch the game in HD, eat whatever we want, drink whatever we want and still do it on the cheap. Stuff changes, things evolve.
