Game 2 only so far it looks like, plus from what iI can see its just SD
they wont have USA or NBCSN
The game will probably be blacked out in Canada and substituted with alternate programming. This has happened in past years and with Olympic coverage as well.

must show all Flames games nationally when they play on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays !!!
The Flames-Canucks opening game will not be a CBC simulcast in the USA. "Chris Cuthbert (play-by-play) and Bret Hedican (Inside-the-Glass analyst) will call the action from Rogers Arena in Vancouver, B.C."
There has been a change as getbak mentioned in regards to Cuthbert calling the entire Flames-Canucks series. Cuthbert (and presumably Hedican) will be calling games in all five canadian cities in the first round.
I wonder if you'll be able to get the alternate broadcast via Gamecenter though? Probably not, I guess.

holy crap that is crazy thought it would be sold out
Not surprised. Vancouver is such a weird city when it comes to that stuff. They couldn't even sell out their "outdoor" game. Most fair weather fans in the NHL.

Whelp, I can say that me and my family have spent a boatload of money to go to games. Organizing group buys(way back when they offered them) and 11 game packs. Now I got a mortage, kids and other obligations. My mother is retired and not exactly swimming in money, but what we can do is stay in, watch the game in HD, eat whatever we want, drink whatever we want and still do it on the cheap. Stuff changes, things evolve.
