This.
He's a fine extra forward, his play has not dictated a regular spot.

I wouldn't mind having his spot rotated between AHL call ups honestly to keep him on his toes.

He was stopping LOL. How else do you slow down? Was he supposed to just skate right by the net and miss out on a potential rebound?

Hold on, did I miss something? When did Byfuglien become a Norris candidate?

He was stopping on his other foot. His kicking for then came through and propelled the puck.
Oh, and LOL, if that's required for the argument.

Didn't they change the rule this offseason allowing more leeway on kicked pucks. If I recall, the only kicks that are disallowed are ones like Gaudreau's soccer goal earlier in the year.

You don't kick one skate forward while stopping.

There is only one Kipper.
Elliot was right. Nick has a point, but it shouldn't have been a goal (according to the rules).
You can't assume what a players intent was. If a player accidentally trips someone, it's still a tripping penalty.

Fun game to watch. I've been impressed with the Raymond-Colborne line, I feel like they've been working hard and have been hemming the Sharks in their end. Looking forward to the third.

If he was stopping for a rebound, having 2 feet in the blue paint isn't the place to do it. EDIT: when his stick is on the other side of the net.
