Too bad Chelsea has no players left for the final. Would want to them take out Madrid as well.
Madrid won't be in the final, I hope.
Didn't see the game at all but that is a terrible red card. What a dive. And crazy that Torres decided to score a goal for once.
As for tomorrow's game, I am really hoping that Bayern pulls it off. They need to go in with the mindset that they will need to score. I think that plays into their strengths actually. Go Bayern! You're hosting the final, that should be all the motivation you need!

Terrible red card??? Really??? Terry kneed Alexis in the back without the ball, the ball wasn't anywhere near so there was no reason for him to do that. An experienced player like Terry should be smarter than that.
Chelsea executed their defensive game beautifully. Barca again, like in London failed to execute their many opportunities. Watching all the missed opportunities between both games hurts, and could have told a different story. They controlled the play, created chances but simply failed to find the back of the net. Not taking anything away from Petr Cech because he made some great saves on both games.
I know people love to hate Barca and their fans but Chelsea played well and like I said before, executed their game plan well.
I hate to cheer for Real Madrid but I'm hoping they beat Bayern tomorrow to see Mourinho have a chance at winning the Champions League with 3 different teams. Complete drama queen but he's a good manager.

I didn't see an obvious knee. Mind you, I only saw one angle of it so it's entirely possible that a different angle will show a more obvious still. Either way there was still some embellishment going on. However, if it truly was a knee then it was a good red - just going off of what I saw on the replay I saw. I will now go try and find some other angles
EDIT: After a different angle, yup, that's worth a red card. Still a dive, but still a red. Take back what I said about it being a terrible red
Watched the game. I htought the red was a bit harsh, still dumb of Terry though. I've seen worse go unpunished. I think a guy like David Villa might have been the difference, hes usually good for a goal in these close big games.

Terry got the red there because there was simply no reason for him to knee Alexis. Ball wasn't anywhere near the incident and you would expect more out of a world class player like Terry.
As far as for Villa, they've missed him all season and was a huge reason why Barca fell behind in La Liga. I don't know how much of a difference he could have been against Chelsea, they defended well both games and made it difficult for Barca to find spaces down the middle. And when they did find a space, either Cech or the post/crossbar where there to deny Barca. There might be something to this curse of not winning the Champions league back to back.
Question about the Torres goal...
- Was that a handball just before it was kicked up (no replays)?
- Why was he so deep? Wasn't he out of position?
- Was he offside?

No, no, and no.
I dont think he was so deep as much as the Barca defenders were so far up. They basically had only Marchareno (sp?) back do if he stepped up while Torres went forward there would be nobody else there.

Mascherano was the last man.
I thought it might have been a hand ball at first glance but no...straight to his chest.

I know it was dumb and away from the play, but he kneed him in the back. Its not like he kicked him or punched him in the head. Just seems like a yellow to me.

Yeah, Chelsea really shut it down in the second half. I thought for sure Barcelona would get one more, but they only had like 2 or 3 good chances.
Barca still have the copa del ray final though.... best team ever still right...?
Under Pep Guardiola Barcelona had won 13 trophies out of a possible 16 to begin the year. With the Copa del Rey it could be 14 trophies won in 4 years. Say what you will about Barca but I don't think there are any current teams with that kind of record in recent years. Pep Guardiola has done a great job managing this team, pitty his time at the Camp Nou might be coming to an end.

I'd need to watch it again, but if he was in his own half when the ball was kicked, he couldn't have been offside regardless of where the defenders were.

Looked like torres was trying to break out and got the ball taken from him which is why he was out of position and was slow to get back. Seems like he probably just touched up to prevent offside and was off to the races as soon as the pass was launched.

he definitely came out of his own half, it wasn't even close. I thought of offside too at first, but the replay clearly showed that the goal was correct without any doubt.
The Barca hate is hilarious, especially people celebrating the loss as if they're the Canucks. Barca's dominance over the last few years is almost unmatched in soccer history.. you can't win all the time ffs.
