Bingo has approved our use of the calgarypuck name.

Here is the hat they have for sale (he might be able to offer us a discount of $14). Not sure how many hats he has left or how many we will need.

Got a call back from Brent at B&P Cycle about the Shirts. Here is a basic price breakdown...

Shirt
Basic T-shirt (One color) = $6.00
3 Button, Poly/Cotton Athletic Knit (One color) = $20.00
Two tone basic (Two color) = $21.90
Full button Jersey (Different designs) = $24.50

Artwork
$40/hr for any work on the logo that needs to be done.
$35.00 one time Set-up fee for screen printing.
$4.00-$5.00 per jersey to get logo printed on.

Lettering & Numbering
Numbers per digit = $1.00
Letters per letter? = $0.50

So basically we can add $11.00 - $12.00 to the shirt cost for getting a logo put on and having a name and number on the back. We could even look at getting some shirts from somewhere and having them put them together.

Okay, just running the numbers Rhettzky has for shirts.

I think B & P comes out to 605 for the jersey without names. 685 with names. This is for a 20 unit ample size. That does not include the possible 40 computer charge for working on the logo. I have no idea if that is necessary.

Team Skyline comes out to $500 without names. $800 with.

Could we get Skyline to do the jerseys, then take them to B & P for letters? Probably not.

We need to move on jerseys soon so they'll be done before the games start.
Need to prod central to see if they want in or not.
Rhettzky, was there a change in cost for unit numbers? ie what if we only want 15? What is their timeline for completion?

I'd say we should have similar jerseys for both teams - if nothing else, it keeps us from duplicating the setup fee for the silk screening.

Not sure if we want to go with a different colour or not for the jersey itself. Firefly seemed to prefer the idea of different jerseys, I don't mind either way.

For our inter-squad games, we could always just go shirts vs. skins, with the SE team being the skins. That outta scare some ladies onto the Central team.

Don't mind being the skins ("were going stripping!"), but do mind being called "SE"!

I think it would be a good idea to have the same jerseys for both teams to make it easier for people on both teams to sub in for each other when we have players missing. For the few games that we play each other we can improvise.

If you can get me the specifics of the shirt style that team skyline is giving a quote for I can get an exact number from BP. I can get another quote too from Tuxedo which I have found to be cheaper for jerseys.

If we only want 15 the price won't change per unit.
