It looks like the siding is patterned onto the side of the building. With animated lighting, it should look like it's on fire.

I think the fire hat is cheesy and won't age well. I like that it's of a similar color palate as the BMO though. Would prefer something timeless for a facade.
Steet activation sounds good...we'll see how it's executed.
