This team is Oilers bad. The opposition gets more odd man rushes on the Flames PP than the Flames get scoring chances.

It's not a new rule as far as I know.

They called him for slightly hesitating to skate directly off the ice. You have to have a small amount of leeway for players to play within those rules. It had ZERO effect on the play.
