Definitely a penalty, but not a particularly heavy shove. A bigger player probably would have stayed on his skates but regardless Flames should be more disciplined.

Glad that period is over. All started with a brutal shift by the 4th line.
Need to skate in the 3rd and get the momentum back. Basically do the opposite of whatever that period was.
