The trouble is when the first guy gets thrown out, it's almost an automatic loss now, because the second guy can't try for any advantage.

Every team is adjusting to the new standard on slashing, so I don't hate those penalties when the Flames take them.
Having back to back games where they take a penalty due to a face-off violation? Inexcusable.

So is it
a) The league hates the Flames , it's a conspiracy against our team, the refs have it out for us
or
b) The Flames are playing bad hockey and are being undisciplined and are taking penaltie that have to called.
I choose B.
