And the Titans just got jobbed on a terrible block in the back call. Bad day for officiating.

but in the Lions case they were at the goal line, so if it was called down, they had 8 seconds left could they have gotten another snap off in time? there's a decent chance yes
so I can see it both ways
my guess is the rule gets a discussion to be changed. if the play prior to the replay was less than say 10 yards, or maybe if its a goal to go situation, no run off. But basically just an unlucky situation

Must be inside two minutes? I don't think they care if it's midgame.

yep, same as if an offensive team takes a penalty with no TOs, or if there is an injury
just immediately it seems unfair, but to think about it, it would be the other way too on the defense

The one they showed on the replay at the time wasnt the actual penalty. The broadcast did eventually show the actual call.

Despite their best efforts, Bears grind out a shocker against Big Ben and co. Bears now 12-1 all time against PIT at home

Lions are like the 90s Flames. Goofy rules only happen to them.

First time I have listened to Romo do color. He has some cool insights but got to be a little much in 4th quarter. Basically telling Rodgers what to do from the booth. If he dials it back a little he will be great.

Romo will figure that stuff out...he's still in "player" mode, so he still thinks that way and gets excited.
His knowledge though is so thorough and he explains things so well, He is a refreshing voice.
I have a bad feeling about this OT though.

Kareem Hunt with another 172 yards today and scores a 50plus TD for a third straight game to start his career. Seems like an okay third round pick.

He may be in player mode and may get excited but he is very fair. He does it for both QBs. He's great to listen too.

What a disgrace Cincinnati. Marvin Lewis needs to go, this team needs more than an offensive coordinator change.

I think the funniest part of this kneeling during the anthem thing is if I didn't know about the reasoning and the cameras panned over players kneeling I probably wouldn't even notice.

Yikes. Where did that come from? First time in a long time the Raiders under Del Rio haven't come prepared to win. Carr having the worst game of his career. I feel this is a team that fell for believing their press clippings. Doesn't matter who you are or who you play if you don't come prepared to play you will lose.

Villaneuva was on the field for the anthem.
My only question is that if NFL owners all support this, why isn't Kaepernik playing somewhere? To me there is no question he is be punished

It's been a long time since I've seen the Raiders walked over this bad. Looks more McFadden's Raiders than Marshawn's.

Anyone else using DAZN to watch NFL games? I was forced to watch the Chiefs game on it today and the whole experience was mentally taxing. Wouldn't work on the TV, so I started on my iPad. Froze up there so I switched to my labtop. Got the spinning wheel of death so I switched to my iPhone. Got it to work on the tv from my iPhone momentarily with airdrop. Kept freezimg up so I switched back to my phone with a 30 second lag in audio from the video. Very frustrating experience, if I have to deal with this every week, I might have to find another way to spend my Sunday afternoons.
