It's the raw feed. They aren't showing commercials so you see test graphics, hear the mics when you aren't supposed to, etc.
Hopefully we will get some actual production now the Leafs game is over and this game goes live on TV.

I was clapping madly at home and my puppy slunk up giving me submissive dog eyes. We clap loudly at the dog whenever she does something bad. So she was all why you mad master?. Poor girl. I ended up giving her a treat.
