The called off goals remind me of the concept of jury nullification. Sure, by the rule book, the right calls were made. But if the rules result in calls where the result seems and feels wrong, maybe the rules should be ignored or changed.

So you think in a situation where you can determine that the puck was bound for the goal zone, and the net was knocked off by the initial force of the defending team on the opposition player, and the play had not yet been blown dead, that it should be ruled a goal?
Very annoyed, just got home, game isn't on sasktel. Just get a black screen, for some reason Oilers game is on both sportsnet west and sportsnet Oilers, like they thought the Flames game was on West or something so they ended up broadcasting the Oilers twice. Really pissed off right now
