Nope, it's second up tomorrow after Wozniacki-Giorgi. So you figure they probably won't come on until 3pm local, and then who knows right? Could be 10 minutes, could push Vasek right into Monday which would be brutally unfair.

It's worse for Monfils.
Wimbledon is the most idiotically run tournament on earth.

You'd think they could compromise on the 5th set and force a tiebreaker after 12-12 or something.

^^That it is. The tradition stuff is nice and all, but it's 2015 and you can run a better, more efficient tournament. Probably should give it a look. Lets just hope it's quick and to the point tomorrow although I have my doubts. I'm sure Johnny Mac will spend all day railing that there needs to be a 5th set breaker.

long matches aren't the problem as much as not starting before 1pm and not playing on the middle Sunday.
I've mentioned before the other tournaments have problems too.
Aus Open: Mens semis on different d ays
French Open, starting on Sunday, Men's QFs simultenously
US Open: Monday Final.
but Wimbledon trumps them all.

Monday Final is over isn't it? Or is this the last year? That is the stupidest one for sure, although I really dislike the Aussie setup too since it can be quite unfair to two players. I actually like the French starting on the Sunday because it gives some slack in case of a rain delay, though with the new roof that seems less necessary. The French not having Hawkeye is absurd though.

The tennis gods bless us with a quick end to Cilic-Isner, two double faults in the last three points for Isner. Vasek should be up in 25 minutes.

Why wouldn't TSN have the Pospisil - Ward match on either TSN1 or TSN2? Last Canadian singles player standing and you relegate that match to TSN4/TSN5 which some people do not receive? Pretty poor in my opinion.

Going 5. Been boom or bust sets for both players. Crowd will obviously be a factor.

Great comeback from 2 sets to 1. Epic serving in the final set to close the deal.

After the 3rd set Monfils and Simon want to move to the empty Center Court but Wimbledon rules don't allow it.
Edit: Monfils-Simon matches are the best, Monfils hits the ball 1000mph and the Simon blocks it back until Monfils hits it into Row Z.

Australian Bernard Tomic has been suspended from this month's home Davis Cup quarterfinal against Kazakhstan for his verbal attack on Tennis Australia officials, including Pat Rafter and chief executive Craig Tiley.
Australian Associated Press reported from Wimbledon on Saturday that Tennis Australia president Steve Healy said Tomic's disrespectful post-match comments following his third-round loss to top-seeded Novak Djokovic on Friday effectively ruled him out of contention.
Healy said Tomic's behavior "was unacceptable ... playing for our country is an absolute privilege, and with that privilege comes an obligation to behave appropriately. He didn't."
Tomic's comments included accusing the governing body of abandoning him after he underwent hip surgery last year, and that former player Rafter, Tennis Australia's director of player performance, had no idea how to control the budget for player funding.

I do appreciate the part though where he mentions that her ambitions and outlook have gradually been draining down the toilet over the past year. not too long ago it was all about winning slams and being #1...now it's more like, eh tennis is hard, just glad to have a job right now.
