I'm going to change up the predictions for a brief moment; I think Sunday night we see Monahan's first fight. Someone gives Gaudreau that little extra shot, and Money throws down and beats ass. He goes on to break Iggy's rookie goal mark. Johnny Hockey scores in his first game. Canucks lose.

Any chance we sign both Johnny and Bill tonight? I know it's only one opinion, but this guy is comparing Arnold to a Patrice Bergeron... who would be welcome on our team anytime http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/2014/4/9...r-preview-2014

This aligns well with sureloss' post, if the flames charter leaves there at 9pm est, that gives an hour spread between the award and the flight leaving to bring back Gaudreau after winning the award
I'm in Toronto and I see 4 hrs from now which would be 6pm ET. What is it saying out west? Is this one of those poorly coded countdowns that is wrong in all other time zones?
He's never going to sign here. Momma's boy will be going back to BC to finish his communications degree and will be either a Flyer or Devil around this time next year. Waste of a pick.
Don't be so negative.
Harness in the good energy, block out the bad. Harness. Energy. Block. Bad. It's like a carousel. You put the quarter in, you get on the horse, it goes up and down, and around. Circular, circle. Feel it. Go with the flow.

Yeah, the timer is counting down to 6pm local time, not 6pm EST. In Vancouver it shows as 7hrs left, which would be 6pm PST.
Weird - I am alos in calgary here and mine is saying just under 6 hours from now... so that would be 6PM MT. I am just going to go with what the Hobey Baker statement was that was released... 6PM EST the announcement will be on nhl.com, so that's 4PM for us Calgary folk.

Isn't a timer a timer? If the countdown shows four hours from now, it'll be four hours for anyone of us regardless of time zone? Something sounds messed, if you only have to wait 4 hours, and clocks here show we have to wait 7 hours, I'm no mathematician but I'd say we would miss out on the live broadcast.....
