2012 Fantasy Football Thread

Need some advice at starting QB.
Fitzpatrick VS Miami or Flacco VS Pittsburgh.
I'm leaning towards Fitzpatrick but after Flacco's strong outing last week I'm hesitant.

Baltimore is a really bad road team, Joe Flacco included. The guy just doesn't have the same magic on the road as he does at home. I would avoid starting Joe Flacco at all costs.

There has to be a better option than fitzpatrick on your waivers? I would avoid Flacco in that matchup Pittsburgh D looks back to form even without Troy. If i had to pick between the 2 i go Fitz, reluctantly

Greg Jennings should be back in action for week 13, just in time for playoffs. Looking to move him for a reliable TE. I believe deadline is tomorrow (Friday). Shoot me a trade proposal if you are interested.

I'd go Fitzpatrick, Miami's secondary is a mess and this is pretty much a must-win for the Bills

I'd go Charles & Reece.

I hate fantasy Justin Blackmon this year. Drafted him after watching his amazing pre-season, and he's just been junk all year. Yet I keep starting him week after week.

Only benched him twice this whole year (one being this week), and its the only 2 times he's blown up the whole season. 200 yards today.

Amen. Lost last week by .9 points. This week I won by 40 to keep my playoff hopes alive but I lost both McCoy and Gronk to injury for who knows how long.

Gronk is thought to be out 4-6 weeks. A huge blow as he is the best fantasy tight end option by miles.

Yeah, looks like I should win all three of my fantasy leagues this week, but losing Gronk is a killer. I have Owen Daniels as a backup, but I expect 15 points from the TE position every game which has been a huge advantage for me.

Thankfully I beat out my number one rival of all time in the final week of one league...he's rated himself #1 all year in the power rankings...his team finished 9th in a 12 team league with a 5-6 record. That league is going to have two teams finish 7-4, than a 6 way tie at 6-5. The guy who had the best record two weeks ago...is going to miss the playoffs. Another league has 6 of us tied at 6-5 and a 5-6 team with more points scored than everyone else. All leagues are really close this year.

Rob Gronkowski might be out 4-6 weeks with a broken forearm. Worst part is the trade deadline has passed. I'm was coasting to the playoffs but now everything has changed...I'm so effed

Ya I have Gronk too, turrible news. Such a dumb time to even have him out there when he got injured; on the PAT attempt after their last TD when they already had a 50 burger on the board. C'mon man!

I had a pretty good week in my keeper league with Schaub, RG3 & Gronk, those 3 alone put up enough points for me to beat most teams!

Now with Gronk out, I'm in trouble. But it's a pretty freak injury and he probably would have been in for those PAT anyway, since he's part of the blocking package.
