What's it going to take for this guy to get his own 'Fricken' thread? Perhaps Johnny is so good that CP should invent a new format of worship thread for him...

I was thinking the exact same thing earlier today, but figure it is pretty cool to be reminded of this kid that was picked 104th overall now taking over games in the NHL.

That was as much of a game changing performance as we have whitnessed in years. That is a big statement considering some of the games Gio has put up since getting the C.

^That would be great. Watching this kid doing what he has always done; exceed expectations makes me exstatic to be a flames fan. In all reality, the emergence of Johnny at this level makes anything else the flames accomplish this year gravy as far as I'm concerned. The future is so bright.

After years of frustrated thread reading, questioning this kids heart and skill, I finally get a chance to sit back with my popcorn and enjoy it all. It's been a fun run seeing the slow turn of emotions towards this kid. But more important than anything is that W and how it was done and vs who.....
