that Fox/Trump thing will be interesting to watch going forward. Of course he's so petty about Fox calling AZ early that he wants to take them down now. At this point I'd be shocked if he didn't start his own news channel.
I agree...but think that Trump is more of a Kaiser Wilheim (insecurity in spades) that could drive his country into a disastrous situation.
The scary thing about that analogy is that its the fallout from Kaiser Wilheims choices that led to the environment that allowed the rise of Hitler.
I'm more worried about who could follow Trump if things break a certain way. A 'leader' with more competence but Fascist/Theocratic leanings would be bad
You mean the guy that decided to go on a vacation during the July Crisis only to come back and find the world on the brink of war?
Yeah, that sounds about right.

This could be apropos of nothing but...Biden has a strong opinion on Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act:

You guys (referencing the New York Times editor conducting the interview) still have editors. I’m sitting with them. Not a joke. There is no editorial impact at all on Facebook. None. None whatsoever. It’s irresponsible. It’s totally irresponsible.

Section 230 is a complicated issue, but I don't see it as apropos of anything, as it relates to a Trump news channel.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.

Trump is systematically firing people in important positions and basically pouring cement down the drain. He's throwing a presidential tantrum and this could really destabilize the US.

Trump is systematically firing people in important positions and basically pouring cement down the drain. He's throwing a presidential tantrum and this could really destabilize the US.
Also this is legitimately a massive issue. There are any number of reasons they could be doing this (manufacture election interference, putin's whims, spite, to make Biden's 1st term disastrous etc.) but it's a huge issue if the US leaves itself open to cyberattack.

As someone who relies on and works with DHS daily, especially for cyber security information, this is ####ed up. This isn't pouring concrete down the drains, this is flushing a grenade down the toilet.
