Yea I know what you mean, it wasnt needed at all. I dont mean to be rude but I think the slashing/dirty plays went both ways, but like I said before in the end it really doesnt matter what happens on the ice stays on the ice.

Yep. I don't think we've ever been accused of being a perfectly clean team. At the end of the day, it's just rec hockey. I had fun! Your goalie and I had a pre-game chat. Damn, he stoned me like 3 times, including one Kipperesque diving paddle save on my backhand!

Oh I know, he makes some amazing saves but lets in some muffins too. I think our D-men are to blame on 50% of our goals against. Hes a good goalie but his stats dont show it.

I only have 4 minutes in penalties. I got the first of those penalties four or five games into the season after someone skated into me and fell down. I got my second penalty just because my gloves and helmet fell off at the same time for no apparent reason.

Otherwise, I would be neck and neck with jar_e for the Puckers' Lady Byng nomination!

Jar_e never shows up to games anymore. He's basically taking this lady byng think so far, he's avoiding coming to games and blaming 'work' so he won't get any pims.

I think since at some point in the last 2 seasons the puckers have fought:

a) an opposing team member
b) a referee
c) a timekeeper lady (inadvertently)

The natural progression would say that either a league administrator or one of our own teammates would be the next scrap.

Where's the HNA's headquarters?

Come to think of it, we've fought neither a rink rat nor a pregnant lady spectating a game. We have our work cut out for us.

And I'll be there, at the bike racks. But I fight dirty. I have a posse of midgets who will throw sand in your eye and kick you in the nads while you're down.

I am about 50/50 for our game on Wednesday. The Airdrie Air Show is that night and starts at 6 p.m. Depending on how long it runs and how long it takes to get out of the parking lot and into Calgary, I'm not sure I'll make it in time. I will try my hardest.

We at least need 3 subs. straybullet, you available ?

Just to let you all know that you arent the only team getting into trouble. Last night our best player got suspended for the rest of playoffs for breaking the opposing team captains jaw in a fight. The guy boarded him from behind (in non-contact hockey, of all places) and then proceeded to scream "i dont wanna fight" and try to skate away turtling....

He was not given a choice.

Brett and Erwin are both in, so we should be okay. Worst case scenario is we run with 10 players. Nothing we haven't done before.
