I'm ok with basically any ending, except that ####face Patrick Reed winning. If Rory or Bryson go out and shoot 63 and win in a walk that's still far better than any kind of Reed win.

Those 6 under are unlikely to be in it- not impossible by any means, but will be tough to shoot 65 or something and then bank on Bryson and Rory being around par or worse.
Basically a 2 man race, Conners with an outside chance.

If he keeps his nerve it should be a relatively boring Sunday. Even a 70 should make things pretty comfortable for Rory. Forces Bryson to need to do something only one player has ever done which is shoot four rounds in the 60s (and Cam Smith amazingly didn't win). If it's Bryson who falls off and Rory has an underwhelming Par round, the rest of the field still needs to be shooting 68 or better in order to catch up, which isn't common; of the guys in the Top 10, only McIlroy and Day have shot less than 68 on Sunday (appropriately enough, they're also the only guys to have shot 80 on Sunday).
For it to be more than a two horse race, both McIlroy and DeChambeau will need to falter, with the rest of the field pushing. Both are more than capable of doing that. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't want as boring a Sunday as possible. I just want to see Rory cruise to victory. If there's drama, I don't want it to be because he's falling back or guys have caught up, I want it to be because he has a 15-foot putt on 18 for 62 and the course record. My heart will break for him if he can't close this out.
If he can't close it out, then Conners better be putting in the round of his life.

I'm very much the opposite of you and I love watching Rory struggle and fall apart so I'm hoping for a 75 or so from him today.
But we can all agree that Conners better be going low today and winning this major.

Conners misses a 1 foot par putt on the first.

Not a good start by Conners. Rory's start is even better than I could have imagined though.

Conners putting never ceases to amaze me.
Rory with a Normanesque start here. That’s so bad that maybe it quiets his nerves for a while, hard to believe he is chasing already.

Quite the swings early on between Rory and Bryson.
Rory went from a 2 shot lead to being 1 behind to being ahead by 3 shots all in the first 4 holes lol
Now Rory is in trouble off the tee on hole 5. Another swing coming possibly

Not quite curtains yet, but Rory has dialed it in since the shaky start.

I haven't followed golf as much lately, but wow I had no idea Rory hasn't won a major in 11 years. That blows my mind. 4 of them by the time he was 24 and nothing since.

Well that sequence of Rose getting into jail, Bryson into the water and Rory getting lucky to stay out of the water might actually be curtains.

I can’t believe that ball of Rory’s stayed up. It just might be your day when that stuff starts to happen. Even if he bogeys here everyone else dropped a shot too.

Haha, Bryson sucking the energy of what should have been a Goliath battle to the end. What a loser, go back to your casual golf league and putter around.

Absolute meltdown now. He's red in the face and mostly shaken. Can't even calm down and regroup at this point. He's rattled badly.
