Interesting that the Fox and NYTimes probability dials are inverted for North Carolina, with NYTimes pretty bullish on Trump and Fox on Biden. My hunch is that Fox's dials are slightly over-estimating Biden overall.

The county with the largest vote reporting there is Wayne County, on the periphery of the Cleveland metropolitan area, which has 95 percent of its expected vote in. Trump won it by 34 points in 2016 but right now leads by 17 points.
