Peters isnt the man for the job either.

Going to be a long year this year.
Horrible goaltending, terrible bottom 6, and mentally weak players

Flames need to shake up the bottom 6. Stone needs to sit bring in kylington and lets see what Talbot can do.

The real question now is if any GM is stupid enough to trade us anything of value for janko bennett or brodie still...

A good solid spanking will do the Flames some good I think. They've been painfully mediocre over these first 5 games, so hopefully a game like tonight wakes them up.

The Janko and Bennett thing was more just an lol thing, NHL goalies should save clearly wide open wrist shots from 30ft out almost every time, Rittich has let in two.

Also, Andersson looked like a peewee on the one vs one with Reaves.

They got decimated in the playoffs and didn't do anything in the off-season. Cant say I am too surprised.

I wouldnt say rotten. Just some glaring holes that were not addressed because the players pleaded to keep the roster together (aside from Talbot and Lucic and Reider).

It's still early but things aren't too nice looking right now.

I hope these losers have to fly/drive out right after the game. Don't deserve a night out in Vegas whatsoever.

I am definitely not on the 'only 5 games in' camp. Team looks bad. Peters needs to do something here.

It would appear Vegas is our new Honda Centre.

I know it’s early but we look discombobulated. Our top guys aren’t dominating, our secondary guys aren’t stepping up. We look like a team who expected it to be easy this season.

Here's hoping.. but it does not bode well to just have a similar season to last year when we need these guys to take the next step. So far they have not shown that to start this season.

I think Tre just got stonewalled on trades. Roster would look good with Zucker and Kadri

Fresh? He hasn't played since September. He could use a period to get his legs.
