I don't think this draft is as shallow as many think. The top 10 is loaded with huge fast skill forwards. They mite not all be Eichels, Matthews, Laines, etc. Could definitely have some good top 6 guys tho.

I honestly feel like I could coach them better than this. Having no coach would be better it's ridiculous. They are making such bad decisions they don't deserve to win nor will they. Basic fundamentals of hockey can't be changed, high probability plays and passing to players in open areas are basic laws of how hockey teams win.

The team is playing worse than they are, if they would just play with no coach like shinny hockey they would do better. They would know to look around and try to pass to a guy that's wide open but they repeatedly pass to areas they shouldn't, you can't out strategize passing to players that are covered.

I've not been on Gulutzan's case until this game. His messing around with defensive lines is just stupid and the team looks lost tonight.
