I doubt it. This is very awesome/horrible for those of us that post here, but I don't think it carries enough weight for media to believe it will resonate with the city at large.

agggh, i was afraid of that... you know you think your helping someone out that needs a hand up, only to find out they are taking advantage of you. Its difficult to not be cynical, i think i even shed a tear with the out pouring of support everyone pulled together for this guy. I felt like CP was just a extension of my dysfunctional family...

I spent the first 2/3s of my life in Canada, and the last 1/3 in the US. In my time in both countries, I've come across mostly good people. But have also run into just as many red-necked, racist, anti-whatevers in parts of Alberta as I have in the US. I'm not American, but now have half-American kids, and lots of people close to me who are Americans. The American bashing on this forum gets under my skin at times is all.
