That's garbage. It might have been a goal, but there's no view that provides enough evidence to overturn the call on the ice.
I've seen no goals that had more conclusive evidence.

The evidence was pretty clear. You could see he hit it near Giordano's shoulders so unless Gio is 6'8 that was the right call.
