I love my cheese, but the best one I ever had I've only had once. Bought two punds of it in Niagara on the Lake a couple of years ago and haven't found it out here since.
It's called Eweda, an aged sheep's milk gouda. It is the most awesome cheese ever with hard fruits or ice-wine.
