it's funny, i had a few different issues, one time customer service was awesome, the guy i was talking too put me on hold and kept checking with me if i was on hold for more than 5 minutes to sort out the issues,
another time, my sister was on hold for about 45 minutes, mind you the first time i had gotten through to someone at that point already.
The third time i called early got through right away to order sporst for the hockey season, asked if there were any promotions and got a month free of the sports and 3 of the movie channels too.
I'm thinking shaw wants to be customer oriented but is struggling with staffing.
