I don't see how Jon can make light of this being as the guy lost his job. At most he should aknowledge what transpired and wish the guy the best.

CNN - "Look Lou, we are going to take this ship in another direction, tonight is your last show"
It's CNN, they can find some content - have Blitzer stay on an extra hour or cycle through another loop of news. Not difficult.

Mikey, this shouldn't be rocket science for you - considering you've probably been turfed from a couple of jobs before - usually if you have some sort of job with access to information or are in a very visible position within the company, they walk you out/lock out your computer/security pass - if it is an involuntary termination.

Yes, someone calls you a bigot, then minutes later suggest jews run the networks.

No comedy there.

There is plenty of comedy if your just an observer. Jon is involved and stands accused of racism. I think it would be classless of Steward to make fun of the guy at this point. You don't kick someone when they are down. Besides there probably is an element within Sanchez's ethnic community who might be wondering if Sanchez isn't right. Mocking Sanchez when he's down would just confirm to them that Sanchez was right.

Really? When a crazy ranting falsely accuses a comedian of something and then gets fired for it, you honestly expect that comedian to be quiet about it for fear of confirming his crazy accusation? Your posts are @#$!ing awesome.

So glad Sanchez is gone. CNN might be bearable now.

Hey, CB, you act irrationally and illogically because of your belief system.

Now, thank me and wish me all the best.

Anderson Cooper is the only thing I watch on CNN, even though only for a few minutes if there's nothing else on. Couldn't ever stand Sahchez.
