Iron Maiden. They are like a fine wine, they just keep getting better with age.

I saw the tour for that album when they came to Calgary in June. It kicked all kinds of ass.

The Hip. I am still a fan, but many don't like their last few albums.

I came to post the same thing. It has been two years since their last release. They are busy doing solo projects right now though, so it will probably be another 12-18 months before another release.

Just yesterday I was looking around for recent news about a next album, but as a group they've been pretty silent lately.

ATR is releasing one this month! I believe it's set to be Oct 15th. There's a single already out.

No, I didn't miss it, since it has been over 18 months, and they've had no news about what they are up to lately (as a group) it just feels like it has been a long long time since their last release.

Tool sucks.

What can I say about 10,000 Days, really? It sounds exactly and precisely like a Tool album. They might as well have not have released it at all, because anyone who’s ever heard Tool could simply imagine what a new Tool album would sound like, and this is exactly what they’d imagine.

Wait.. so you're saying Tool sucks, and then backing it up with one bad critic?! Wow. You must be right!! I'm going to throw away my Tool discography, rip down my posters, tear the decals off my car, and forget that I've wasted countless hours listening to this god awful band.

Thank you, troutman, you saved me.

It is a comedy web-site. Carry on with your plan though.

I say this as a Rush fan.

Doubt it will ever happen though.

I agree emphatically with anyone that said TOOL. I was not a fan of the band when Lateralus came out, and when I bought it I was very underwhelmed. It soon grew on me, and has become one of my favorite albums of all time. 10000 Days isn't as good as Lateralus, but still a great effort. For whatever reason, they toured this past year with no album to support, so I hope when they release a new one, another tour follows as well.
